The company's success largely depends on its employees. The high level of corporate culture formed in the company traditions, shared values, a special microclimate and comfortable working atmosphere. Our team is a close-knit team of associates, in which individual qualities of each person are valued and respected.

At the moment "L. Argo” company employs over 160 people, whose experience, knowledge and talent allow the Company to take leading position in its area.

Staff distribution by departments of the company:

There is continuous training of staff in our company. Adaptation programs for beginners, internal corporate trainings and certification are introduced by specialists of the Company. On a regular basis our specialists attend seminars, training courses, specialized business forums and master classes.

System of individual targets (KPI), which was introduced in 2008, is used to motivate and evaluate work of the Company's employees.
